Payment Terms

Payment is required immediately upon the registration being received.

Methods of Payment

Payments are accepted in Sterling.

Payments can be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Switch).

Registration Fee

The registration fee covers attendance at sessions, and full conference documentation on the day.

Conference Documentation

An A4 folder is provided at the event containing all relevant information. One copy is made available for each paying delegate. Due to reasons beyond the control of the organiser, not all speaker presentations are available before the event and the provision of presentations is at the discretion of our speakers.

Event Accommodation

Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, reduced rates are usually arranged at several local hotels. Details of these rates can be found in the venue section of the conference for which you are registering. On each occasion, it is necessary to contact the hotels directly with the booking reference specified on the relevant venue page. It is advisable to book early to secure these rates, as availability is not guaranteed.


Travel is not included in the conference fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the conference venue in adequate time. The organisers are not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation. Directions to the conference venue can be found on the venue page of the conference for which you are registering.


Cancellations received in writing at least 60 days prior to the first day of the conference will be refunded in full less an administration charge of £10 + VAT. From 0-59 days prior to the conference refunds are not available. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing and submitted by either emailing [ORGANISER EMAIL] or by writing to The Registration Department, [COMPANY_NAME], [ADDRESS LINE 1], [ADDRESS LINE 2], [TOWN], [POSTCODE], [COUNTRY]. We recommend using a method of recorded delivery to ensure notice of cancellation is received. Should you need to cancel your registration less than 30 days before the first day of the conference, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety although a substitution will be accepted and conference documentation will be provided. You are still entitled to conference documentation in the event of cancellation and this will be despatched once the conference is finished.

Event Cancellation and Refunds

Both 'parties' agree that [COMPANY_NAME] has the right to postpone the planned date of the event to any date within 12 months of the planned date of the event. Both 'parties' agree that any such postponement of the event within the timeframe does not constitute cancellation of the event.

Given cancellation of the event by [COMPANY_NAME] after the 12-month window to postpone the event as described above, [COMPANY_NAME] will make every effort to refund the client up to 100% of the value of the package purchased. [COMPANY_NAME] can make no guarantee that a refund will be made available to the client and the refund value will be determined at [COMPANY_NAME]'s discretion, depending on the circumstances of the cancelled event and the ongoing financial position of the company. If you feel that you have a claim for a refund, then please contact us within 3 months of notification of an event cancellation.

Privacy Policy

With respect to Paypal, [COMPANY_NAME] seeks only to collect information to confirm a financial transaction through Paypal. [COMPANY_NAME] does not store financial details.

[COMPANY_NAME] will retain details offsite of the individuals attending a [COMPANY_NAME] Event, and the company represented by said individuals, insofar as maintaining records of the Event, and identifying individuals to inform about the Event or subsequent [COMPANY_NAME] services. This does not include any form of financial information.

Personal information for a [COMPANY_NAME] Event is not stored on this website.

Substitutions and Name Changes

Substitutions are acceptable at any time. We regret that we are not able to transfer places between conferences or events.

Split Places

Split places are acceptable. Delegate places can only be split on a day-to-day basis and between members of the same company. Please note that only one copy of the conference documentation will be provided.


It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organisers to alter the venue, content or the timing of the programme. We will endeavour to keep you abreast of such changes but any reasonable change to the conference format will not constitute a reason to refund the conference fee. Should the event be postponed, we will endeavour to reschedule the event. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, an event is cancelled, a full refund will be made. We are not liable to pay any incurred costs resulting from any postponement or cancellation.


The organisers are committed to ensuring that the submission of sensitive information, such as credit card details, is safe and secure. We employ reputable and reliable service providers to ensure such information is protected. All information we hold is kept secure with access limited to personnel charged with the processing of such data. All personal data is gathered and processed in line with the Data Protection Act and The organisers privacy policy.
